Regional Expectations & New Arrival Cupping
Roasters will explore the nuances of the new cup arrivals from OPTCO & CHC. A guided discovery presentation to discuss the regional expectations of the various coffees presented. Coffees will be cupped and discussed, each coffees pedigree will be discussed.
Session 2

Designing Blends
Hands on session to explore the role of Coffee Blends in the world of Specialty Coffee. Discussion will include why we blend & how we blend. Open discussion will be followed by exercise and construction of custom blends. Roaster will be guided through practical experience of creating and evaluating a blend.
